Just ventured down to the neighbours who have kindly given me a spare generator. Huzzah for farmers.
It is very temperamental though which explains why he gave it to me I guess….
Thankfully there still doesn’t seem to be much zombie activity down here.
If anybody could get to here, I’m sure I could put them up for a bit. George I’m not sure whether or not the line you’re on can get to Clunderwen, but if it could I might be able to pick you up.

Radio Silence
Tuesday, June 28th, 2011Well there’s some things that are good about living in the middle of the country side, and some massive things that’re bad.
Good – my zombie friend seems to have vanished. It’s as if he was never here. I wandered outside the day after with my rifle and he was nowhere to be seen. In hindsight, keeping all my tools in the shed wasn’t such a good idea as I had to venture outside to get to them.
That’s now remedied and everything is indoors (aside from zombie friend).
Bad – My internet has completely gone down, and judging by recent posts now that I finally have some form of communication, it’s not only here. I can only assume the main broadband line has been tampered with, as from an old job I know that there are a few main lines that service parts of the country. I’d guess that Wales has been hit at the very least, but there should be some areas of the country still with internet.
Hopefully some of them will find this site?

Wednesday, June 15th, 2011Sorry Henry, I had to give it a go. my house is a dorma-bungalow so I could take a good shot from the top window without exposing myself too much.
Found my air-rifle and put a shot right through his/it’s (?) head, but to no avail. Knocked him flying, but he just got straight back up.
Luckily he couldn’t see where the shot came from.
🙁 I feel sorry for the neighbours – they have kids that walk up and down the lane to catch the school bus. I’m dreading the morning now.

I forgot my cat was outside and the bastard just tore her to pieces. 🙁
I don’t know where this lone zombie has come from, but this is war. Watch this space, I’m going to go and hunt down my air rifle.

Wednesday, June 15th, 2011Quick question – just how ordinary can these zombies look?
Only there’s a bloke out the front of the house just wandering around. He hasn’t done anything, but it’s disconcerting. I’ve locked all the doors and pulled all the curtains. I don’t dare call out to him just incase. He’s just watching the house now.
I’ve got a bad feeling about this.
Coming Closer
Tuesday, June 14th, 2011It seems as though it’s getting closer to home. Especially if it’s as far as Llanrhystud Henry.
Still nothing concrete down here, but was in Cardigan earlier and it’s slowly becoming a ghost town. Tesco is still open and trading, but all the shops in town are pretty much closed. I think people are beginning to panic.
As for me, I don’t like to spend much time away from the car, as it’s an easy escape.
Speaking to a cashier in Tesco earlier, he said Aberaeron had a few reports of zombies in the early hours of this morning, but they were unconfirmed. Not hard to see why people are panicking, it’s only half an hour away.
Looks as though it’s coming down the coastline – I haven’t heard of anything from Narberth, Carmarthen, or Haverfordwest.

So far there doesn’t seem to be much going on down here – though there have been a flurry of murders in the news, as close as Narberth! I’m beginning to wonder whether it’s just a coincidence.
